Scheduling an Appointment
We have a therapist in the office Monday-Thursday and Saturday morning. Times vary on the day and the therapist in the office that day. If you want to schedule an appointment, call the front desk and they will be happy to tell you the days and times available for an appointment and get you scheduled.
*New Patients: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.
If you are not here within the first 15 minutes of your appointment (unless you have notified us that you are running late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show” and your time slot can be filled by someone else.
Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start the session. Regardless of the length, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected or anticipated situations can happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, car troubles, and illness are just a few examples of unexpected occasions when someone might consider cancelling their massage appointment. With the intent of being fair to all our clients and to the therapist’s time, we have adapted the following policies:
In most cases, 24 hours in advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give the 24 hours notice and we can’t fill your time slot, you will be charged 50% for your appointment. You will be responsible to pay at your next visit and before you schedule with us again.
Otherwise, if the time slot is filled, you will not be charged for that amount.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged 50% for their missed appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
If you repeatedly “no show” to your appointments, you will be unable to schedule an appointment with our therapists.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
