I’m Jocelyn Arbogast, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Stellhorn Chiropractic

family! Watching the profound relief therapeutic massage brought to my

mother—who lives with fibromyalgia—ignited my passion for this work.

Helping her regain comfort and mobility inspired me to dedicate my career

to supporting others in managing chronic pain and enhancing their overall

well-being.

• Techniques: Deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and relaxation modalities

• Philosophy: Every body is unique. I take the time to understand your specific pain points and daily demands, then tailor each session to maximize relief, restore mobility, and promote lasting wellness.
